FunnelCockpit, provided by Just Viral GmbH & Co. KG, Reinholdstrasse 5, 21073 Hamburg: Helps us build marketing-optimized websites and funnels and easily integrate tools like the Facebook Pixel. Brevo: We use Brevo, a tool by Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, for email and SMS communication and marketing. RIGHT TO OBJECT OR WITHDRAW CONSENT

NEWSLETTER

To subscribe to our newsletter, which informs you about our services and programs, we need your consent. The subscription process follows a double-opt-in procedure: After signing up, we send a confirmation email to your provided address to ensure that you wish to receive the newsletter. Without confirmation, your data will be blocked and automatically deleted. We also store the IP address and timestamps of your subscription and confirmation to identify any misuse of your data.

Once confirmed, we store your email address for the purpose of sending newsletters, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

META-PIXEL

We use the Meta Pixel on our website to enable targeted advertising through Meta Ads and measure the effectiveness of these ads. This tool identifies visitors to our online offerings who have shown interest in our products or services in order to define them as a target audience for our ads on Meta platforms and the Audience Network. Our goal is to ensure that our ads align with users’ interests and are not intrusive, while also analyzing the effectiveness of the advertisements.

The data processing is based on our legitimate interest in effective advertising measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time. Data transmission to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and potentially to the USA is carried out in accordance with the EU standard contractual clauses, ensuring adequate data protection.

We and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited share joint responsibility for the collection and transmission of data, while further processing is solely the responsibility of Meta. The "Advanced Matching" of the Meta Pixel allows us to use contact information to create Custom Audiences. This information is transmitted in an encrypted form as hash values and deleted after the matching process.
